Teen Inventor Hailed as 2024 Kid of the Year for Revolutionary Skin Cancer Treatment Soap

Heman Bekele, a 15-year-old prodigy, has been named the 2024 Kid of the Year by Time magazine and Time for Kids for his groundbreaking invention of a soap that treats skin cancer.

Bekele’s motivation for creating the soap was to make a direct impact on people’s lives.

“It’s incredible to think that my bar of soap could one day make a difference in someone’s life. That’s why I started this project,” he said.
