BULAWAYO – A desperate search is underway for a 25-year-old woman who disappeared from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in late September, leaving her family in anguish and authorities appealing for public assistance.
Nicole Paidamoyo Mutasa was last seen on the university campus on 23 September 2025. Despite extensive investigations, her whereabouts remain unknown, casting a pall of concern over the community.
Bulawayo police spokesperson, Inspector Nomalanga Msebele, has issued a fresh and urgent appeal for information.
“Police in Bulawayo are appealing for information that may assist in the location of a missing person,” Insp Msebele stated.
“Anyone who knows something should come forward urgently.”
The missing woman is described as heavy-built and dark-complexioned, standing approximately 1.72 metres tall with brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly wearing a blue skinny jean, a brown crop top, pink and brown sneakers, and a black headband. She had a box braid hairstyle.
Authorities are urging anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to make contact immediately to aid the investigation.
