In the vibrant City of Bulawayo, a new voice is emerging in the music industry, Jonas Brown, a talented rapper and singer who is making waves with his raw talent and unapologetic lyrics.

Born Wilton Newton Mapunganyika on October 15, 2004, Jonas Brown’s journey into music was inspired by personal loss and driven by street ambition.

Growing up in Nkulumane, Bulawayo, Jonas Brown was no stranger to hardship.

He recalls that

“growing up with a single parent was a challenge,” a struggle that shaped his gritty and motivational storytelling.

He also added to say,

“I had to be independent from a really young age, faced financial struggles and I had to support myself through out the industry but my Mom did give a hand”

Despite the odds, Jonas Brown found solace in music, beginning to create at just 14 years old. His early influences include global icons like Rick Ross, Future, and Nasty C, as well as his own older brother.

Jonas Brown’s music career took off in 2018 with the release of his debut single “HUSTLING” featuring DJ Blengs (now known as Blaze43) and Bling (now Teddy).

Although he took a brief break from music, he made a powerful return in 2022 with his debut album “PAIN IN MY VEINS.”

Jonas Brown (Mr4ski) returns with another hard-hitting trap anthem titled “CHICKEN FLIPPER,” produced by Klyve Beats.

“The track dives deep into the hustle, flipping money, flipping chances and turning struggle into success.”

With Brown’s signature 4ski and Klyve’s Yessirski driven production, “CHICKEN FLIPPER” delivers that raw street motivation and boss energy,

” is set to drop on Thursday 23 October 2025,”

The single continues Jonas Brown’s trap legacy — real talk, real sauce, fast motion and pure motion.
