BULAWAYO – The Office of the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Bulawayo Metropolitan Province, in collaboration with the City of Bulawayo, will host the first-ever Bulawayo Women Investment Conference 2025 from September 3–5, 2025, at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) grounds.
Hon. Judith Ncube, Minister of State for Bulawayo Province, announced the landmark event, revealing that the First Lady, Her Excellency Dr. Auxillia Mnangagwa, will headline the conference as Guest of Honour.
The event will also feature trailblazing women entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and financial experts as keynote speakers.
Key Objectives
Minister Ncube emphasized the conference’s mission to dismantle systemic barriers facing women in business:
“This conference is a pivotal platform to promote economic independence and leadership among women in Bulawayo and beyond. We aspire to empower women with the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to thrive in the investment landscape.”
The conference aims to:
- Equip women with skills in investment and financial management.
- Foster networking among investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
- Host sessions on investment strategies, market trends, and financial literacy.
