The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (Zimsec) Ordinary Level exams kicked off smoothly across the country on Monday, with students tackling English Paper 2 as their first challenge.
According to Mr. Taungana Ndoro, the director for communications and advocacy in the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, everything went off without a hitch, with candidates at Magwege High School in Bulawayo being among those observed taking the exam.
The Ministry is feeling optimistic about the exams, predicting flawless execution and improved pass rates thanks to strategic measures put in place to boost education quality. This is great news for students, parents, and educators alike!
