India – In a bizarre incident, Baburam Bhil, a resident of Mithora village in India, was mistakenly pronounced dead by government officials, leaving him without a legal identity.

“I was shocked and frustrated when I received my own death certificate,” Bhil said. “I tried to correct the mistake, but no one listened.”

With his property and rights at risk, Bhil felt forced to take drastic action.

“I had no choice but to make them see I was alive,” he explained. “I feared my property would soon be claimed by others due to the death certificate.”

In a shocking move, Bhil attacked two teachers and a parent at a local school, armed with knives and a bottle of petrol.

“The incident brought me the attention I sought, albeit for all the wrong reasons,” he said.

Upon his capture and interrogation, Bhil emphasized his desperate situation to the Police.

“I just wanted to prove I’m alive,” he said. “I didn’t know what else to do.”

The authorities have now acknowledged Bhil’s existence, but he faces consequences for his actions.

“I regret what I did, but I felt I had no other option,” he said.
