Theophelous Sithole aka Yungblood Chizzy a Bulawayo based local Hip-Hop and Trap artist has announced that he plans to collaborate with various artistes on his forth coming long play record.

His first recorded track was dropped in 2019, but due to lack of support from fellow citizens, exposure, lack of gigs and financial challenges, he has slacked in recording his music.

Speaking to this publication Yungblood Chizzy said the new project will also reflect and show the diverse skills he possesses.

Yungblood Chizzy is a versatile artist who can produce Rap, Trap, R’n’B and Afro-Pop sounds.

“I started rapping when l was in grade five. I mostly specialise in hip-hop, trap and R’n’B and l can even rap on drill beats or even make an Afro-Pop song”, said Yungblood.

The former sales and marketing representative with a local Funeral Services provider bemoaned the lack of financial returns from the music industry.

He said this has hampered his progress in the game of music.

“l have struggled over the years to pay for the costs of making my music”.

“My earlier projects, l financed them through the work l did for a funeral parlour. The other funding came from my siblings and also from selling my lyrics”

“Against all odds, l will keep on pushing”

“I believe that one day l will rise and be at the top as the lyrics on my song ‘still l rise’ “, Yungblood said.

Meanwhile, a cut called “Pressure” is the lead single of Yungblood Chizzy’s upcoming project.
