BATTLE OF THE BEST PHONE MODELS

There has been a growing debate over the years concerning which model( Android/iPhone) consumers prefer.

A lot of aspects are considered by consumers before they purchase a device, some of these aspects are accessibility, reliability, spatiality and security.

The United States headquartered tech-giant Apple has been the main force behind spearheading the manufacturing and release of iPhones since January 2007 under the tutelage of Steve Jobs.

Those that prefer iPhones say that they are attracted to it’s security features which shield off any potential hackers.

Our reporter engaged a cross section of people that included phone retailers and consumers.

“The best phones in my opinion are;1.Samsung, 2. iPhone, 3. Huawei. Samsung is user-friendly unlike iPhone, okunye njalo amabattery aweHuawei agood kakhulu. iPhone ayikho fast.” Said S. Ncube who is a cellphone retailer in Bulawayo Central Business District.

A student who identified herself as Trish said she preferred Apple products.

“I prefer iPhone as I find it easy to use as compared to android phones. I also love iPhones because of their picture quality which is exceptional. For example my iPhone 11 can capture pictures which I can even use for frames and it also helps me to keep track of my memories. It’s space is very big unlike android ones.”

Huawei and Samsung phone models use the android operating system. They (the models) are manufactured by Asian nations China and Japan respectively and they have been giving Apple products a stiff competition.

“In my own view Sony is the best model ever considering it’s affordability and specifics which match toe to toe with iPhone, ranging from camera quality, battery durability, utilizing all threads of its CPU and I also like them because most of them are waterproofed that’s therefore being the best priority considering it’s specs.” Stated Tinashe Dube an I.T technician and phone retailer.

“Sony phones are also the best because it’s speakers are nylon coated not rubber that’s being more durable, and also it’s not widespread in the market therefore they are more unique. I prefer Sony over all phones due to it’s portability, iyathwaleka njalo iyahlala kahle ezikhwameni so ayingeke ilahleke.” He added.

Sony phones are manufactured by the Japanese conglomerate Sony.

So one would ask, which one is the best phone model, however there are various specifics to consider before reaching a verdict ranging from camera quality, sound quality, durability affordability, security and portability as these vary across the models.
