Police Appeal for Help Identifying Murder Victim Found in Esigodini

‎Police in Matabeleland South Province are appealing to members of the public for assistance in identifying an unknown man whose body was recovered at Habane Business Centre.

‎In a statement, authorities said the deceased is believed to be a male adult aged over 35 years. He was described as medium-built, approximately 1.70 metres tall, with brown eyes, a light complexion, a fade haircut, and a medium beard on the chin.

‎Police said the man was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with the word “South” inscribed on the front, along with a pair of black trousers.

‎Investigations revealed that the victim sustained multiple stab wounds on both thighs, the left ankle, and the head. It is alleged that he was attacked with a sharp object during the night of October 30, 2025, by an unknown suspect.

‎The body is currently being held at United Bulawayo Hospital as authorities continue efforts to establish the victim’s identity and locate his next of kin.

‎Police are also appealing for information that may lead to the arrest of the suspect responsible for the killing.

Members of the public with any relevant details are urged to report to their nearest police station.
