Highlanders Football Club has announced that its recently amended constitution has been finalized and is now available to members in good standing, marking an important development in the club’s governance and administrative processes.
In a notice to members, the Bulawayo giants said the updated constitution incorporates recent changes approved through internal club processes and is intended to guide the club’s operations, leadership structures and decision-making frameworks going forward.
The club said the document will be distributed in digital format to ensure easy access while also maintaining confidentiality. Members wishing to obtain a copy are required to submit a formal request via email to communications@highlandersfc.co.zw.
Applications must carry the email reference “Highlanders FC Constitution Request” and include the applicant’s full name as well as their membership reference number.
Highlanders FC emphasized that providing accurate details is mandatory, as the information will be used to verify membership status before the constitution is released. Only members in good standing will be eligible to receive the document.
The club added that the release of the amended constitution reflects its commitment to transparency, accountability and good corporate governance, values that are key to the long-term stability and success of the institution.
Highlanders FC thanked its members for their continued support and loyalty, encouraging them to familiarize themselves with the updated constitution once received. The club said any further updates or clarifications will be communicated through its official channels.
