Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited has issued a public apology and launched an urgent investigation following numerous customer complaints that its Yummy yoghurt is spoiling before the expiration date.
In an official notice, the company acknowledged the quality issues that have affected consumer experience with the popular product.
“Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited acknowledges customer complaints on Yummy yoghurt,” the company stated.
“Our Quality Assurance team has confirmed receipt of complaints of Yummy yoghurt product spoiling prematurely, resulting in an unacceptable product experience.”
The dairy manufacturer expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to its customer base and emphasized its commitment to maintaining trust in the Dairibord brand.
Customers who have purchased affected Yummy yoghurt products are advised to return them to the nearest Dairibord Sales Shop for replacement.
The company has assured the public that its quality assurance team is working to identify and resolve the underlying issue.
