This momentous occasion celebrated the achievements of 3,690 graduands\u20141,641 males and 2,049 females\u2014who have successfully completed their studies across various fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Human Capital Development for Heritage-Based Innovation and Industrialization,” highlights the critical importance of cultivating a skilled workforce capable of driving Zimbabwe’s economic growth and industrialization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minister Sibanda underscored the necessity for education to be practically relevant, innovation-driven, and economically empowering, in alignment with the government’s Heritage-Based Education 5.0 philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He noted that Tertiary Education Institutions are establishing business units that will significantly impact local communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In faithful support to the Ministry’s inclusivity policy, Bulawayo Polytechnic has made strides in enhancing infrastructure accessibility and providing robust support for students with physical challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work for Fees Programme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ministry’s Work for Fees programme allows financially disadvantaged students to contribute to institutional operations in exchange for tuition support, fostering a culture of responsibility and mutual empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
