HARARE \u2013 In a bid to improve service delivery and address public concerns, the City of Harare has announced a reshuffle of its municipal police and traffic personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The restructuring involves the transfer of 14 sergeants, 30 parking supervisors, and 30 patrolmen to different roles within the two departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a statement released by the Corporate Communications division, the council emphasized that the reshuffling was necessary to \u201cshake up the situation\u201d and enhance overall operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe changes are designed to enhance efficiency and respond to public concerns that are being raised daily,\u201d the statement read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe hope these changes will result in better service. Residents are urged to report to the City Council if they feel unfairly treated by any council employee,\u201d the statement continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
