The accused claimed that the younger student had hired others to attack him, leading to a retaliatory assault where he slapped the complainant five times on the face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Details of the Assault<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later that day, the accused, along with others, attacked the victim using a chain and hosepipe, striking him multiple times. A passerby intervened during the attack, prompting the assailants to flee the scene. The victim subsequently reported the incident to the police, which resulted in the arrest of the accused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Court Proceedings and Sentencing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chinhoyi Magistrates\u2019 Court sentenced the teen to a wholly suspended four-month prison term.
