Matanda-Moyo is working with CID Narcotics to expedite the testing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Zimbabwe&#8217;s mental health hospitals see a rising number of drug abuse-related admissions, especially among juveniles and adults.
