{"id":432,"date":"2022-06-15T13:48:52","date_gmt":"2022-06-15T13:48:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zimgbcnews.co.zw\/?p=432"},"modified":"2022-06-15T13:48:54","modified_gmt":"2022-06-15T13:48:54","slug":"self-proclaimed-prophet-kiss-on-the-run-after-exorcism-gone-wrong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/zimgbcnews.co.zw\/?p=432","title":{"rendered":"Self-proclaimed Prophet &#8216;Kiss&#8217; On The Run After Exorcism Gone Wrong"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>07 December 2021<br>Vimbayi Mahachi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A bizzare act of excorcism by self proclaimed prophets has left a 72 year old Binga grandmother dead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A police report explained that the three prophets had claimed that the old woman was a witch and in a bid to exorcise the demon the prophets performed some ritual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;They shaved the victim\u2019s hair, cut her with a razor before administering unknown concoctions on the wounds and forcing her to drink the substances,&#8221; police said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zekela Muleya (72) died at Donga Village, Binga in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;murder&#8221; occurred on the 3rd of December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three prophets are on the run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Zimbabwe Republic Police, in a statement, have to appealed for information that can lead to the arrest of three unknown self-proclaimed prophets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the self-proclaimed prophet is only known as \u201cKiss\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The self proclaimed prophets have had a wide range of bizarre activities that have left a lot to be desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesteryear, in Gweru another prophet was caught butt naked red-handed in a metal sheet home made Bath tub filled with milk with two young ladies whom he said were being cleansed so that they could have luck with marriage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trio was led to the police station in the birth suits in full view of the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another was caught trying to play illusion tricks by performimg a miracle to remove a reptile in a homestead.
