{"id":4099,"date":"2024-09-03T08:58:35","date_gmt":"2024-09-03T08:58:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zimgbcnews.co.zw\/?p=4099"},"modified":"2024-09-03T08:59:21","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T08:59:21","slug":"zec-chairperson-justice-chigumba-unhurt-in-road-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/zimgbcnews.co.zw\/?p=4099","title":{"rendered":"ZEC Chairperson Justice Chigumba Unhurt in Road Accident"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>Harare Correspondent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) chairperson, Justice Priscilla Chigumba, was involved in a road traffic accident near Mapinga along the Harare-Chirundu Highway yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, she escaped unhurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to sources, Justice Chigumba&#8217;s Toyota Landcruiser Prado was side-swiped by another vehicle, resulting in minor injuries for her driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Permanent Secretary, Nick Mangwana, confirmed the incident on Twitter, saying,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Yesterday, @ZECzim chairperson, Justice Chigumba was involved in an accident on her way from Chinhoyi when a haulage tanker crashed into three vehicles including hers.
