The arrest follows concerns raised by the Home Affairs Department regarding a group of foreign nationals who may have misrepresented themselves when applying for visas to enter the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Mpumalanga Police spokesperson Donald Mdluli, &#8220;There are about 95 foreign nationals who are here. For now, they are apprehended. We believe they could have contravened some of the regulations in terms of immigration.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group, which arrived in April, claimed to be training as security personnel. However, police suspect they have been engaging in military training. Mdluli notes, &#8220;This place, according to PSiRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority), is designated for security training, but now, as you could see, it is a military base according to our understanding.
