Bulawayo- One person has been confirmed dead and several other passengers were seriously injured when two commuter omnibuses were involved in a Road Traffic Accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accident just happened in the sprawling suburb of Cowdray Park this evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eyewitness said that both Kombi drivers were under the influence of alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The one of the passenger vehicles was coming from the Central Business District while the other was coming from Caravan section of Cowdray Park suburb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zim GBC NEWS<\/strong> has established that by the time paramedics arrived at the scene, one passenger had already died and was covered in a blanket and the injures were rushed to hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The survivors are believed to be in critical condition as witnesses said that some of the injures had blood oozing out from both their mouth and nose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Some residents told this reporter that the deceased is a Kombi driver from the Mtshova Mbaiwa Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Lokhu kuyesabisa bakithi, abantu bonke labana abakade sebelaliswe phansi bevuza igazi emlonyeni lasemakhaleni”,<\/em> said Gogo MaMoyo<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is scary, all those passengers had blood coming out of different body parts and had been placed by the roadside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A vendors from Garikai section of Cowdray Park doubted in the diseased was the driver.
