For some reason, many gifted singers remain obscure as they sometimes they sit comfortably under the shadows of not-so-gifted artists who would have pushed hard to get audiences\u2019 approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Harare-born singer, songwriter and producer Kudzanai Dindingwe also know by his stage name Kreezy WrLD is a gifted vocalist who has recorded a few songs under his name who is into hip hop music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“My style of music is kind of an exotic style especially to that of the Western Countries overseas, which might be a disadvantage for my growth but I already decided that if I’m going to make it, then I am going to make it doing what my heart and soul loves,” Kudzanai Dindingwe told ZIM GBC NEWS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Unlike many artists who discovered their music talent in church choirs, Kudzanai was influenced by his school mates back in high school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “I started singing in 2021 and before then I never was interested in singing. What actually pushed me into singing was the influence of my friends,” said Kudzanai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “My friends that I used to hang with, were into different genres of music and I as well started exploring those genres too. Slowly I started to appreciate the art that was composed in music rather than the entertainment,” added Dindingwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Being an artist and getting into the music industry was not a fairy tale for Kudzanai as he faced a lot of challenges such as financial problems and lack of support from his parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “As a student it was not easy to write and record my own songs as I was faced with financial problem to produce my music and my parents did not liked me pursuing music but (wanted me) to just finish my A’ Level and carry on (with) my father’s company,” said rapper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Despite all the challenges Dindingwe kept on writing and producing his own work using a music application called Fruityloops and Pitlosound on his cellphone and laptop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He even managed to get a temporary job just to pursue his talent and to be recorded at some of the well known music studios in Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dindingwe released his first single titled In Pain<\/strong> in the year 2021 and also managed to feature on some of the upcoming artist songs like Leventeen and Takunda Zharare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “I’m also looking to work with some of the greats like Takura, Holy Ten and Enzo Ishall as I continue with my music career,” said Dindingwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dindingwe has just released his first album called Lost Soul Tape Vol 1 consisting of fifteen songs and he is set to grab a lot of attention from fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAs musicians, we speak through our music.
