The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) said the maximum pump price for Diesel 50 has been set at ZWG 38.84 per litre, or US$1.52.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The price of Blend E5 petrol has been capped at ZWG 40.04 per litre, equivalent to US$1.56.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ZERA said the prices were determined in line with the M-1 pricing formula, which is used to calculate fuel costs in Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The regulator also confirmed that the current blending ratio remains at E5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under Zimbabwe\u2019s fuel pricing regulations, service stations are allowed to sell fuel below the prescribed maximum prices, depending on their trading advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, operators are required to display their pump prices prominently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ZERA urged both the public and fuel retailers to verify petroleum price updates through its official communication channels, including its website and social media platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fuel prices in Zimbabwe are reviewed periodically, with adjustments often reflecting movements in global oil markets and exchange rate considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
