\u200eIn a notice to members, the Bulawayo giants said the updated constitution incorporates recent changes approved through internal club processes and is intended to guide the club\u2019s operations, leadership structures and decision-making frameworks going forward.

\u200eThe club said the document will be distributed in digital format to ensure easy access while also maintaining confidentiality. Members wishing to obtain a copy are required to submit a formal request via email to communications@highlandersfc.co.zw.

\u200e Applications must carry the email reference \u201cHighlanders FC Constitution Request\u201d and include the applicant\u2019s full name as well as their membership reference number.

\u200eHighlanders FC emphasized that providing accurate details is mandatory, as the information will be used to verify membership status before the constitution is released. Only members in good standing will be eligible to receive the document.
