He joins the reigning champions after previously serving in a similar role at South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns, bringing vast experience both on and off the pitch.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eIn his new position, Ndlovu will work closely with newly appointed head coach Norman Mapeza, overseeing team operations, player welfare, and overall football structures as Scottland FC prepares to defend their league title and compete on multiple fronts.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eThe appointment comes at a time of renewed financial backing for the club. Prominent businessman Wicknell Chivayo, through his company IMC Communications, has injected US$300,000 into Scottland FC to support preparations for the 2026 campaign.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eScottland FC is owned by businessman and legislator Pedzai \u201cScott\u201d Sakupwanya and made history in 2025 by winning the Castle Lager PSL title in their maiden top-flight season, an achievement that firmly established the club among Zimbabwean football\u2019s elite.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eA decorated former player, Ndlovu remains one of Zimbabwe\u2019s most celebrated football figures.
