Drainage is not a luxury; it is a fundamental public service tied to health, safety, and dignity,\u201d the message stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing the government and the Harare City Council directly, the party declared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYour primary duty is service delivery. Public funds must be used to maintain infrastructure, not to enrich a few while the majority suffer. The failure to fix and maintain the CBD drainage system is unacceptable and reflects a deeper crisis of accountability.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The movement outlined a series of demands, including the immediate repair of the drainage system, transparency in council expenditure, an end to corruption, and the professional management of municipalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a rallying call to citizens, the ADM urged the public not to accept the status quo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDo not normalize failure.
