Kimberley (SA)
Zim GBC News | Investigative Desk

Preamble for Part 3

Midrand South Africa – Zim GBC News continues its investigations into Herbert Mukayi Chadehumbe, the Zimbabwean owner of Care on Location Spa in Kyalami, South Africa, who stands accused of raping a 26-year-old female employee, ‘Gracious’, in July 2025.

The exclusive report has so far detailed the victim’s harrowing account of the alleged assault, where she vehemently denied Chadehumbe’s subsequent claim of a consensual relationship.

Part 2 of the investigations revealed that in the aftermath, Chadehumbe offered a recorded apology and proposed compensation for the victim’s child, an offer now viewed as a tacit admission of guilt.

This third installment uncovers a deeply troubling pattern of alleged predatory behaviour, facilitated within the business itself. The investigation will reveal the involvement of Chadehumbe’s wife, Sandra, who is portrayed as being aware of her husband’s actions. Shockingly, it is alleged that Sandra Chadehumbe would permit young female job applicants to massage her husband in secluded rooms, away from her sight.

Furthermore, the case deepens with the testimony of two additional women who have come forward. They allege that during what were presented as practical massage interviews, Herbert Chadehumbe attempted to rape one of them and masturbated in front of another, painting a picture of a serial predator who used his position of power to exploit vulnerable job seekers.

New Allegations Surface Against Care On Location Founder, Accused of Sexual Predation On Female Job Seekers

Fresh and disturbing testimony has emerged in the Zim GBC News investigation into Herbert Mukayi Chadehumbe, the founder of Care On Location, with a second young woman detailing a traumatic encounter where she was nearly raped during a massage session.

This new account corroborates earlier claims of a pattern of sexual predation, which existing and former employees say is enabled by a culture of fear and desperation.

The latest allegations were revealed through Gracious, a key source in the initial report, who has been actively encouraging other victims to break their silence. In a passionate social media post directed at Chadehumbe’s wife, Sandra, Gracious accused her of complicity, describing her tears as “crocodile” tears meant to offer false comfort.

“And as for you Sandra, I knew there was something wrong about you by allowing your man to ask another lady to touch your husband’s underwear,” Gracious wrote.

“I still remember your crocodile tears telling me how supportive you would be, instead you allow your man to disrespect [women] at any chance he gets because you love money more than yourself.”

The above quote suggests that Sandra Chadehumbe, for the love of money, would rather look aside when her husband was sexually abusing female employees.

Gracious further claimed that her own research has uncovered multiple young women, both current and past employees of Care On Location, who have been sexually abused by Chadehumbe but remain silent out of fear.

She alleges they are intimidated by his perceived connections and the threat of losing their livelihoods.

“Desperation has kept most young ladies… mum on the sexual predatory endeavors of Herbert Mukayi Chadehumbe,” she stated.

“I have done my research. I just realised that this paedophile has been doing this (for a long time to many young desperate women). I’m encouraging you ladies speak up… He has been taking advantage of you because of money.”

A Harrowing Ordeal: The Account of ‘Lady Beauty Therapist’

Heeding this call, another young woman, whom Zim GBC News has given the pseudonym “Lady Beauty Therapist,” has come forward with a chilling narrative of her own alleged assault.

According to her account, the incident occurred last year on the very day of her interview. After completing other work, she was instructed to perform a practical body massage on a man, who she identified as Herbert Chadehumbe.

“I started to massage him… he started to show me how to massage by massaging my hand,” she narrated.

“Then he started to touch my hips.”

The situation escalated rapidly. Lady Beauty Therapist alleges that Chadehumbe began removing the towel covering him and demanded she massage his buttocks. When she refused his order to “come close,” he then instructed her to massage his private parts.

“He said if you do that I will tell my wife that you are good so that she can hire you,” she stated, indicating he used the promise of employment as leverage.

He then allegedly began to touch her private parts.

Trapped and terrified, Lady Beauty Therapist says she only managed to escape when other employees began calling for his wife, Sandra, who then phoned him, interrupting the assault.

The harassment, however, did not end there.

“He kept on calling me saying I want us to go out,” she said.

“I blocked him. He texted me again with another number. I blocked him again.”

This testimony paints a picture of a predator who not only exploits his position of power within his business but also persistently pursues his victims afterward.

The account of Lady Beauty Therapist adds significant weight to the growing number of allegations against Herbert Mukayi Chadehumbe, suggesting a deeply troubling and potentially systemic issue within his enterprise.

Third Therapist Alleges Harrowing Sexual Assault by Herbert Chanehumbe

A third massage therapist came forward with explicit allegations of sexual harassment and assault against Herbert Mukayi Chanehumbe.

The account, following similar reports from therapists known as Gracious and Lady Beauty Therapist, paints a disturbing picture of a predatory environment allegedly enabled by his wife and business partner, Sandra Chanehumbe.

The witness, who we will refer to as Nomcebo to protect her identity, detailed a harrowing “practical interview” she was subjected to in May of last year.

Hired by Sandra Chanehumbe, Nomcebo arrived for her trial shift only to find the assessment would involve massaging Herbert himself.

“The interview was passed, and then the wife said, ‘You will massage my husband so we know how you do it,’” Nomcebo recounted.

“He came in and you could see he couldn’t even wait.”

According to her testimony, the situation escalated almost immediately. Before the massage began, Herbert Chanehumbe allegedly gave her inappropriate advice.

“He said if I wanted to have more clients and tips, I should touch my client everywhere, even private parts,” Nomcebo alleged.

“I started to be afraid.”

Her fear intensified during the massage. While she was working on his legs, she alleges, Herbert Chanehumbe deliberately exposed himself.

“He opened the towel, slid it to one side, he took his hand and opened his a. I even saw that part because he was busy stretching it. He was hoy,” she said, describing the traumatic incident.

“I kept quiet because I needed the job.”

The alleged misconduct continued when he turned onto his back.

“I was massaging his thighs when I saw him take both hands and touch his d**k. I ignored him and continued with my job. I was scared and bored, and I asked God why this was happening to me. This man is a monster.”

Nomcebo goes on to describe how Herbert began to masturbate without shame as he called out her name.
He then shifted his genitals towards her working hands, resulting in her unintentionally touching him as was ejaculating.

“He called my name and said, ‘Don’t be scared, just massage,’” she said.

Despite the trauma, Nomcebo finished the session. She alleges Herbert Chanehumbe then told his wife,

“This girl is good with hard pressures,” a comment Nomcebo interprets as a coded approval of her compliance under duress.

Distraught, she immediately confided in other therapists at the spa.

“I told them, ‘What kind of a man is this? I am gonna tell his wife everything he did in the room.’”

To her shock, her colleagues revealed they had their own similar stories about Herbert Chanehumbe.

“I asked them, ‘Why did you keep quiet?’” Nomcebo recalled.

“They said, ‘We want money, that’s all.’”

Though her colleagues discouraged her from confronting Sandra Chanehumbe, Nomcebo’s anger remained. She worked at the spa for only one month before resigning, citing “too much scandals” involving the man.

This account from a third witness adds significant weight to the growing scandal and raises serious questions about the complicity or knowledge of Sandra Chanehumbe, who allegedly facilitated the practical session and was present on the premises.

Follow us on social media for more and breaking news;
.
