Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited has issued a public apology and launched an urgent investigation following numerous customer complaints that its Yummy yoghurt is spoiling before the expiration date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an official notice, the company acknowledged the quality issues that have affected consumer experience with the popular product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited acknowledges customer complaints on Yummy yoghurt,” the company stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Our Quality Assurance team has confirmed receipt of complaints of Yummy yoghurt product spoiling prematurely, resulting in an unacceptable product experience.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The dairy manufacturer expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to its customer base and emphasized its commitment to maintaining trust in the Dairibord brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers who have purchased affected Yummy yoghurt products are advised to return them to the nearest Dairibord Sales Shop for replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company has assured the public that its quality assurance team is working to identify and resolve the underlying issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
